We are Chartered Structural Engineers with over 30 years experience in altering and designing buildings. We ensure that appropriate structure, stability and details are specified to help meet Building Regulations, to assist the contractor on site, and to economically make buildings safe. We carry out Structural Surveys, inspections & investigations for mortgages, and insurance companies. We can also provide Party Wall duties under The Party Wall Act etc. 1996.

Structural Surveys

We carry out structural surveys, inspections and appraisals of properties. Structural observations can be undertaken for the whole property, or part of it where there are tell-tale signs of defects or movement.
